Four powerful actions can help you relieve anxiety symptoms:
Anxiety Self Help
Anxiety self help isn’t quite as quick as popping a pill, I’ll admit. But anxiety
self help is not only healthier than a pill, it’s far more effective over time. Here are the
four powerful actions you can take to relieve anxiety symptoms:
1. Reprogram your subconscious mind. You
need to get rid of limiting beliefs and replace them with empowering beliefs.
Using subliminals is one of the easiest ways to do this.
2. Meditate. Have you ever seen an
anxious monk? Meditation lowers the anxiety threshold. In other words, the more you meditate, the more it will take to make you anxious. Meditate regularly, and anxiety symptoms will completely dissipate. Using specially-designed brain entrainment CD's are the easiest way to experience turbo-charged meditation.
3. Practice deep breathing. Daily
breathing exercises are one of the easiest, and cheapest, ways to slay the anxiety misery monster. Here’s the simplest one I know—it’s the 1-4-2 breath.
Breathe in through your nose for a set count. Hold the breath for four times that set count,
and breathe out through your mouth for two times the set count. So, in other words, if you
breathe in to a count of four, hold your breath for a count of 16, and breathe out to a count of eight. You can make this easy (and combine it with the powerful effect of positive affirmations) by breathing in
to a set phrase, holding for the time it takes to think the phrase four times and breathe out for the time it takes to think the phrase
twice. One of the best phrases you can use is “Every day, in every way, I’m getting better and
better.” Add “I am patient, whole, strong, powerful, loving, compassionate, and joyful” and
you’ll have one powerful set of breathing. Repeat the breath 10 times and do at least two sets
a day.
4. Use your energy to heal old cellular trauma. A technique called Healing codes can go to the root of your anxiety and clear it out once and for all. Using healing codes only takes a few minutes a day, but the power of the codes to slay your misery monsters

I use all four of these anxiety self help methods, and I no longer experience anxiety sysmptoms. I enjoy calm, even when my
